The RRVW/Bacigalupi scholarship was founded in 2014 in honor of Charles Bacigalupi and will be offered annually to a student concentrating in the field of viticulture or viticulture business. “We are thrilled to be able to continue to do our part in supporting our local students and help future generations achieve their dreams of carrying on family businesses,” said RRVW Manager, Shannon Wesley. “Viticulture, and agriculture in general, is such an integral part of our County, and we need to support future generations to ensure the wine and grape growing industry continues to be strong and sustainable.”
